1. Does the Fan come with remote?
Answer: Yes, this Fan comes with a multi-functional remote to adjust the fan modes, speed and 360 degree oscillation.
 
2. Can the fan ring, fan blades and fan guards be removed for cleaning?
Answer: Yes, you are able to remove everything from the fan motor for cleaning.

3. Can the fan blade be purchased? How much is it?
Answer: Yes, you can purchase the fan blade ($12) at our customer service centre 459-461 Geylang Road, S389420. We are open from Mondays to Fridays from 9.30am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9.30am to 3pm. We are closed on Sundays and PHs. Please avoid our lunch hour from 1pm to 2pm. You can also email [email protected] to arrange for delivery for $4.30 which is done through PayLah! online payment. We do not recommend delivery for fan blades as it is a fragile item and we will not be held responsible for any damage to the fan blade during delivery.

4. What makes this fan 3D?
