It can be either placed in the compartment provided on most new upright models or simply just dropped into the dust bag on cylinder, wet & dry machines and hand held vacuum cleaners. Instructions for use: Cut sachets in half as indicated, remove disc from sachet and place in vacuum cleaner. Replenish with each new dust bag or every six to eight weeks depending on usage
